What about fees and insurance?
At NY Ketamine Infusions we strive to keep our fees reasonable and appropriate for the level of care provided. There are no fees for telephone consultations with any of our staff.
For our Mental Health patients:
The cost of each ketamine infusion is $525. Our protocol, which determines the number of expected infusions initially and as booster infusions can be found in the FAQ section of the website.
For our Neuropathic Pain patients:
The cost of each infusion is $2,000. The number of expected infusions will vary from patient to patient based upon your diagnosis and the severity of your pain condition. We often times will begin with just a single infusion to determine if ketamine therapy is likely to be effective.
At NY Ketamine Infusions, you will only receive the safest and most effective IV ketamine treatment available from the most experienced medical professionals
Insurance:
Ketamine is a safe and effective medication, but is currently not covered by most insurance companies for the use of mental health treatment. That being said, some of our patients do report partial reimbursement. NY Ketamine is an out of network provider and can provide you with claim forms to submit to your insurance company. We have seen the landscape shift as some insurances have started to provide partial reimbursement, and we are hopeful that more will join suit.
