I started infusions for pain in 2016 with Dr. Brooks, he changed my life, he is wonderful! Recently I called for my records so I dont have to go to NYC for infusions and the lady was so nice and helpful. This is a great place.

I've been going to NY Ketamine for a several months. My life has been unimaginably transformed. Where there was depression and despair and hopelessness there is now hope and peace and confidence. I recommend the facility and wonderful team wholeheartedly and I am so grateful that they exist.

It was a very long journey for me here and its definitely not their fault. They did everything right. I had 6 infusions around Dec 2023-Jan 2024 but within a week, felt depressed again. We ended up doing 8 infusions total and they also prescribed me the lozenges to take every night. My booster was scheduled for a few weeks later but I ended up going away to a Mental Health facility out of state, where I wasn’t allowed to take the lozenges. I can't say enough great things about NY Ketamine. I went there for a year and got infusions every 4-6 weeks for depression. Dr Brooks was so kind and compassionate and took his time talking to me about everything. The entire staff there was so friendly and they always made me feel cared for and comfortable. If I ever had an issue from home , someone always got right back to me and helped me figure out my dosage or anything else that I needed help with. The ketamine really helped my depression.
